Continuing with the tastes and the cooking process for McDonald’s
New, “green”, McDonalds burgers for Belgium; the “Generous Jack”, “Juicy Jane”, . Director on this occasion was Patrick Vandebroeck. He contacted us to test and produce these “temporary sculptures” made using taste sensations and ingredients as a starting point. These forms exist only for a few moments and require the use of the “Phantom” high-speed camera. Once again, Katie Giovanni and colleague Udo Reichelt, (of “Lurpak” fame), did the beautiful food styling.
Salad mix; red onion, crispy onion, pico de gallo, fresh tomato cubes, white onion cubes
